They are good in each of their specific tasks, DeWalt 2.0 is good when it comes to weight capacity, while Packout seems to outclass...

I know of a tool called SDS hammer drill, it has a chisel attachment. Just invest in an air compressor, it’s more effective.

Safety equipments and PPC, I think you do not want to lose your finger or hand.

Good lighting for safety. It is okay to install more lighting at your workshop, brightness > darkness
