    Find another plumber and get second opinion from him, if his opinion isn’t enough, find another one until you find the best opinion. Ask them if trenchless replacement is available, it can save you money because its less invasive compared to full replacement.

    Dead tools belong to the scrap house for me. At least the metal gets recycled and not just dumped in landfills. If you’re lucky, some scrap yards may be able to pay you a good price.
