They didn’t even bother explaining – just told us the generic “labor and materials costs are high” excuse. Maybe these contractors are testing how much money they can milk from us. 🤦

Can you believe that we got a quote for $35k last year??? I could do a lot of things to my house with that!! I completely trashed the porch idea after that quotation!!
